How to use Chat
Besides email, you can also use the Chat feature to speak with us, simply follow these steps:
- 1 Log in to Freecash.

Open up Chat
- Mobile: In the sidebar on the left, open "Chat". From this page, select the headset logo in the top-right corner.
- 3 Desktop: Select the green message logo in the bottom-right corner of the homepage.
In the vast majority of cases, we recommend using Live Chat.
How to open a Support Ticket
If you have a specific issue with an offer that you have completed over 48 hours ago, you can also open a support ticket:
- 1 Log in to Freecash and navigate to your profile page.
- 2 Check the "Earnings in Progress" section to find the offer you are having issues with.
- 3 Click the "Support Ticket" icon next to that offer.
- 4 Fill out the ticket form with the required details, including any screenshots.
- 5 Once you've completed the form, click "Submit".
