Bank Transfers are only available to customers based in the US as we use ACH Bank transfers.
Our ACH transfers are processed by a company called Tremendous.
Important: If you entered incorrect bank details for your withdrawal:
- 1 Contact Tremendous (ACH processor): Email them at [email protected] and provide your transaction ID. Request a cancellation of your withdrawal.
- 2 Contact Freecash Support: Once Tremendous confirms the cancellation, reach out to Freecash Support. We can then credit your Freecash account with the withdrawn coins.
