If you see a notification like the one below, we have temporarily disabled cashouts for your account.
This is not a ban, and in most cases we can restore your ability to cashout within 48 hours.
Why Cashouts Are Paused
Pausing your account's ability to cashout is the first step we take when we notice activity that violates our Terms of Service. Most commonly, when we detect the following:
- Suspected use of VPNs
- Suspected ownership of multiple accounts
- A Terms of Service breach
We aim to resolve these issues with a short conversation, and in the vast majority of cases, no further action is required.
How to Restore Cashouts
When your cashouts have been paused, you’ll receive a notification on Freecash.
Click the “Message Support” button in the notification. This will open a chat with our team so you can resolve the issue quickly.
Once in chat, follow these steps.
Step 1: Agree to Our Terms of Service
We understand people make mistakes, and merely ask users to agree to stop any behavior that violates our Terms of Service, i.e. using VPNs or multiple accounts.
If you agree, we can open a cashout reactivation ticket.
Step 2: Create a Cashout Reactivation Ticket
In the cashout reactivation ticket, you will be able to write directly to our team. We recommend that you explain the following:
- You understand the Freecash Terms of Service
- You agree not to violate the Freecash Terms of Service
- You would like your ability to cashout to be restored
Once complete, you will receive emails that track the progress of your request.
You will not be able to send more messages or open new chats while your cashout reactivation ticket is being reviewed.
Step 3: Wait for Cashout Reactivation
In the vast majority of cases, your ability to cashout will be restored within 48 hours. Once resolved, you’ll get a notification in your Freecash account and via email.
