Now, we realize that this method isn't absolutely free, as it requires Twitch Prime membership, which is already included in the Amazon Prime subscription, but you’ll soon realize why we added it.

This is a great way to get some exclusive cosmetics in Path Of Exile for those who already have Twitch Prime. And for those who don't have it, we'll reveal an incredible trick that anyone can use to earn POE cosmetics.

This trick is quite simple; register a new Twitch account, select one month of a free trial of Twitch Prime, and get exclusive POE cosmetics without spending a cent! You will, however, need to add the payment method, which you can later remove so you don't get charged automatically.

The items you can get this way are the purple flaming skull, divine sign MTX, and a weapon effect.

Through In-Game Rewards

This method includes both PvP and PvE challenges, so, for instance, if you consider yourself a decent POE player, you can join the Challenge Leagues. They occur a few times per year, and every single Challenge League has unique features and rules. So if you manage to complete these challenges, you'll earn cosmetics.

Furthermore, there are also PvP tournaments where you have to beat other players and receive the unique Jet Amulet named Talisman of the Victor.

Although not cosmetic, this item adds +(8-12)% to all Elemental Resistances, (3-6)% increased Movement Speed, and (5-10)% increased Global Defences, which is a great thing to have anyway. Lastly, there are race events that grant race cards to those who win and allow them to get some cosmetics as well. 

Using Freecash

We intentionally saved Freecash as our last method, so we can show you how you can get literally any cosmetic item from Path Of Exile using our platform. And the best thing about it is that it's way less demanding than previous methods. 

Here's how you can use Freecash to get POE cosmetics:

1. Sign Up On Our Website

The first step is to sign up on our website by selecting the Sign Up option, where you'll just need to enter your email, password, and username. It's as simple as that!

2. Obtain Freecash Coins
