I have previously been an insane World of Warcraft fan, easily paying $15 a month for a game that is huge and always has room to expand. However, all of my ambitions for the game ended once I got married. Bills started getting more serious, and I couldn't always afford to spend $15 every month.Â
However, I didn’t quit. I knew there had to be a way to get some extra free wow time here and there so I could delve into my character's lore once again. Once I found success, I had to make sure to let you all know about them. Because who doesn’t like the idea of free WOW game time?
Blizzard WoW Free Trials
If you are new to World of Warcraft, you can easily get free wow time through their beginner's free trial. The free trial is available up until you reach level 20, then you will need to pay to continue leveling up.Â
With the WoW free trial, you can:
- Play on Exile’s Reach
- Experience multiple classes and races
While this isn't exactly free WOW plus, the free trial is great if you are unsure if you will even like the game or if you want to get back into it but you are unsure if you will still enjoy it. While you will need to create a new account, you can still enjoy the game and see if it is even what works best for you.Â
You can start a WoW classic free trial by subscribing through the official WoW website page on how to get started on your free trial.
Email Blizzard for Free WoW Time
A popular way I and many other World of Warcraft players get free WoW time is by emailing Blizzard for a couple of extra days. Maybe you want to trade tokens or hold off until your next paycheck; Blizzard is extremely lenient in these cases.Â
Obviously, don’t email them multiple times in a row or give a vague explanation as to why you want free WoW time (like saying you're broke and deserve free WoW time). Simply explain a valid reason, such as you want to access your account for a short period to access specific items or that you want to see if you want to renew your subscription again.
This has easily worked for me, and I think you could also benefit from it, even if it is only for 48 hours. You can contact Blizzard using their Contact Us Page.Â
Reward Platforms
My favorite way to earn free WoW time is to earn free money through reward platforms like Freecash. Freecash is a reward platform where you can get paid to play games, complete surveys, and test out new products and get paid for them.Â
Freecash uses your reviews and playtime data to provide their developers, so it better helps them enhance gameplay. Similar to surveys or testing products, where your answers help narrow down demographics to better improve their product or brand.Â
You can easily earn your first $50 on Freecash within a few days, just do what I did and follow the beginning steps.Â
- 1 Sign up for Freecash either with your email, Facebook, Google, or even Steam account for free.Â
- 2 Earn a small bonus for signing up, sometimes up to $100 if you spin the wheel and test your luck.Â
- 3 Complete tasks and quests that are featured on the earning page, where you can choose from over <number of offers> offers.Â
- 4 Cashout on Freecash using their large variety of options, including Paypal, crypto, or even gift cards such as Visa, Amazon, or Blizzard.
I use the money I earn on Freecash to buy free WoW time or even get myself some free Blizzard gift cards. I love to use these cards to spend on other cool stuff like a free Overwatch 2 battle pass or even cool WoW cosmetics.Â
