xQc was once the biggest streamer in the world, and during this time he made a historic deal with Kick to stream on their platform for $100M.
He has fallen off significantly, but still brings in well over $100k a month, and is expected to be worth $60M - $70M.
xQc's primary source of income is from streaming, where through active subscriptions and donations he is estimated to be making at least $110,000 a month.
He also gets a significant kickback from sponsorships. In a video he made during his peak, xQc claimed he actually made more from corporations than viewers, but nowadays, we estimate this figure to be far lower, closer to $50,000 a month.
However, the bulk of his total net worth comes from a $100M deal he made in June 2023 to stream on Kick.
Despite his habits (he's famously bad at gambling, most recently losing $700k on the US election of 2024), and his luxury car collection, xQc is probably still worth between $60M - $70M.
Who is xQc?
xQc, whose real name is Félix Lengyel, is a Canadian streamer, internet personality, and former professional esports player.
He was born on April 12, 1995, in Laval, Quebec, and became famous as a professional Overwatch player, competing in the Overwatch League for the Dallas Fuel.
Now, this period of his life did not last long, and was fairly controversial. He was actually suspended for behavior considered inappropriate by league standards (he referred to one of the casters as "cancer" on X, then Twitter).
But he found his real success (and made the vast majority of net worth) when he left professional gaming and focused on streaming.
xQc chose just the right time, rising before Covid hit and then absolutely booming during lockdown. During this period, he became one of the biggest names on Twitch, with millions of followers and consistent top rankings for viewership hours.
His streams are still very popular, with viewers donating thousands every month to hear his crazy takes (imagine getting paid for sharing your opinion). But since Covid, he has fallen significantly and is no longer one of the top 20 streamers.
How does xQc make money?
Although the bulk of net worth was made from his deal with Kick, xQc does still bring in significant monthly income.

Streaming Subscribers & Donations
xQc’s largest and most consistent source of income is live-streaming on Twitch and Kick. Although he is far less popular now than during the lockdown boom, he still maintains around 20,000 active subscribers.
If we assume each of these subscribers is paying the standard Tier 1 rate of $6 per month — and xQc receives roughly 50% of that through Twitch’s revenue split — that alone nets him at least $60,000 per month in subscriber revenue.
On top of subscriptions, xQc also receives a ton of donations from fans, which frequently total $50,000 or more per month (one viewer actually gave xQc $10,000 in a single donation in 2023).
In total then, xQc makes at least $110k a month from streaming, imagine earning that from talking and gaming? Most of us who get paid to test games are happy to reach even the 5k mark!

Sponsored Streams
xQc used to make significantly more from corporate sponsors than he did from viewers, but that was back when he was the number one streamer, and before he made the controversial deal with Kick.
On average, we estimate that xQc now earns closer to $50,000 per month from sponsorships. This fluctuates a lot based on the number of deals he accepts and the scale of the campaigns.
For example, holiday months or big events like tournaments often bring in more sponsorship opportunities. But in a quiet month, he may only do one or two sponsored streams, perhaps trying a single new game.
YouTube Ad Revenue
Last, and very much least, is xQc's YouTube revenue. This is a far lower priority for him than streaming, and he usually only uploads once or twice a week, rarely breaking past 100,000 views.
That said, he does have over 2 million subscribers, which allows him to monetize the videos as well as he can, despite fairly mediocre views. A fair estimate for xQcs YouTube earnings would be, at most $5000 a month.
