Welcome to Freecash Stories, where we go in-depth with Freecash users to help you make the most of your earnings. We’re talking to everyone, from high rollers to casual players, and sharing tips on how to make the most of Freecash!
Today, we’re talking to 40-year-old New York-based Liz. Last month, she cashed out $535, so we were curious to know how she’s able to earn a second income stream on Freecash despite living such a busy lifestyle. Let’s see if she has any tips for us and you!
Freecash: Thanks for agreeing to talk to us today, and congrats on your cashout! How long have you been a Freecash user?
Liz: Thanks for having me! I’d say I’ve been on Freecash for four or five months now.
FC: What do you do in your day-to-day work?
Liz: I’ve been at my company for a long time now. It’s a big retailer, and I work from home working on supply chain admin. I don’t get a lot of time to myself as you can imagine, with two young kids needing to be looked after!
FC: That sounds like a lot! Why did you decide to seek a second income being so busy?
Liz: Well I play a lot of games on my phone these days. It’s a nice way to steal a few minutes to myself in between all the chaos! And last year, a friend told me how she was earning money by playing, getting cashback when she bought extra coins in-game and things like that!
Since I was already playing, I thought I’d give it a go, and from there, the Freecash money started piling up slowly but surely!
FC: And would you say this is an average Freecash income for you?
Liz: It’s been a particularly lucrative month for me - I’ve had a bit more free time than usual with work winding down a bit, and I’ve used that time to widen my horizons in which games I play. I played solitaire semi-competitively back in high school. I’d race my parents, friends, anyone who’d take me on, so I got pretty good at it.
That’s served me nicely in Solitaire Clash, which I’ve added to my usual rotation of games. It’s a game that requires a bit of brain power, something I’ve been looking for!
FC: Do you have any tips to help more people get up to the $100 a month threshold?
Liz: The first time I earned $100 in a month was such a good feeling. For me, it was all about finding the balance between enjoyment and earning. I tried a few games out before going back to Match Masters, Domino Dreams, and Solitaire Clash.
I deposited some money into Solitaire Clash to play more cash games, but I only did that when I knew I was there to stay. Maybe it was a bit easier for me because I know I can out-Solitaire almost anyone, but finding the balance is key.
