If you cannot see a specified release date for your payment, it may be due to a high account chargeback rate.
If your chargeback rate exceeds 10%, your completed offers will be held. In this state, rewards are not added to your balance and cannot be withdrawn. These funds will be released once you have completed more offers or surveys and reduced your chargeback rate below the 10% threshold.
