Withdrawing your Freecash earnings via SEPA Bank Transfer is simple:
- Go to the Freecash Cashout page.
- Select 'Bank Transfer'.
- Fill in your details.
- Select the check-box to confirm you understand the order is non-refundable.
- Press the green 'Withdraw' button.
SEPA bank transfers are available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
All transfers are sent in EUR. If your bank account uses a different currency (e.g., PLN, NOK), your bank will automatically convert the funds and may charge a conversion fee. In some cases, banks may reject foreign currency transfers. Please verify with your bank before proceeding.
Detailed instructions below.
1. Go to the Cashout Page
You can find the Cashout page at any time; simply click on the button that displays your account funds, which is shown in the top-right corner on desktop and at the top of the page on mobile.
2. Select 'Bank Transfer' & Choose Amount
From the list of withdrawal methods, select Bank Transfer, which can be found in the 'Most Popular' section.
Then, select the amount you would like to withdraw.
3. Fill in Your Details
In the Bank Transfer pop-up window, enter the following details:

IBAN
- BIC

Address
Make sure your IBAN is entered correctly. Incorrect details can cause your withdrawal to fail or be delayed.
4. Tick the Check-box
If you agree, select the check-box to confirm that you understand we charge a 5% withdrawal fee and your withdrawal is non-refundable.
5. Press the 'Withdraw' Button
Press the green 'Withdraw' button, and the transaction will be processed. Most bank transfers get processed instantly; in some cases, it can take up to 5 working days.
