We value our users, and understand that (like everybody) they make mistakes. Therefore, when we suspect a user has broken our rules, we pause cashouts and try to resolve the situation, instead of banning them.
This allows users to stop those behaviors and continue earning. In such cases, you will receive a notification like this:
However, users who repeatedly break the rules or commit more serious breaches of the Terms of Service may have their access to the site permanently restricted. If so, you will not be able to log in to Freecash.
Why Has My Access to Freecash Been Restricted?
If you cannot log in to Freecash, you have probably received a final ban (you will also receive an email confirming the details). The most common reasons for having your access restricted include:
- Confirmed use of VPNs or proxies after multiple warnings
- Owning or operating multiple accounts after multiple warnings
- Attempting to cheat, scam, or commit fraud
- Chargeback fraud
If you have questions about our rules, please review our Terms of Service or contact our support team.
Can I Appeal?
No, when we restrict user access the decision is final, unlike paused cashouts, which can be appealed. To remember the difference, if you can even log in to Freecash, you have not been banned.
