Tim: At first, I just kind of ignored it. I honestly got the email and was like, "is that a scam?" So I logged into the app and sure enough, $500.00. I was like, "Dude." I told all my friends and family about it. My mom was especially surprised because she thought all these things are a scam!

FC: What did you spend your winnings on?

Tim: To be honest, a lot of it went to groceries, but I did buy a nice new pair of shoes and a year's pass to the pool. With the rest I bought some 3D printer filament.

I make all sorts of things on my 3D printer. I've made dice towers, a golden ruler, and little robotic parts and mechanisms just to tinker around with.
