To protect our platform we make use of many internal indicators to identify potentially suspicious accounts. Rather than issue accounts with a ban right away, we may freeze accounts that exhibit suspicious activity. This allows us to investigate the account and determine if further action is necessary.
Frozen Account
When your account is frozen, you are still able to use your account, and to complete offers & surveys. However, you are not able to withdraw any of your coins. You may need to message the Unban team which you can do by clicking “Message Support”
Identity check required
If your account has been frozen, you should also be able to spot a verification request in the notifications section at the top right of our website (like the screenshot below).
How to unfreeze your account
Completing the Identity check will get your account unfrozen automatically in most cases.
