If your account has been frozen, you can still use it to complete offers, but you cannot withdraw funds or chat. This is not the same as a ban.
We freeze accounts when we either need to investigate a suspected violation of our Terms of Service, or if we need you to complete the ID verification process.
Suspected violations of our ToS
If your account has been frozen for a suspected violation of our Terms of Service, you will receive the following notification:
If you think we have made a mistake, simply press the 'Message Support' button to create a Support Ticket, and explain why.
Identity check required
If your account has been frozen because we need you to complete an identity check, you will receive this notification instead:
If you have government-issued ID, and a working camera (which you will need to take a photo of yourself), press the 'Proceed to Verify' button.
The verification process only takes a few minutes. Completing the process will get your account automatically unfrozen.
