Our Support Team aims to resolve all Freecash tickets within 15 days. If you’ve already submitted a Freecash ticket, you can check its status in the "Your Offer Tickets" tab of your Freecash profile.
How We Review Freecash Tickets
We receive these offers from external providers (for example, game studios). Even though offers are marked as "Freecash," they are not created directly by Freecash. We work with the offer provider to investigate issues and rely on the evidence you supply in your ticket.
To help us review your ticket faster, please include:
- Detailed notes explaining the problem
- Clear screenshots showing proof of completion
We cross-reference your evidence with the data provided by the offer partner before making a decision.
Why Tickets Might Be Declined
Sometimes there isn't enough evidence to approve a ticket. Common reasons include:
- Technical problems with tracking
- Unusual activity within the provider's app
- Unusual activity on Freecash
When these issues arise, we must decline the ticket. The examples above are just some of the possible reasons.
Freecash Ticket Status
The reward status will show “In Progress” while the support ticket shows “Awaiting Support”.
Declined Status
The reward status will show “Completed” and the support ticket will show “Declined by support”.
We decline tickets when we don't have enough evidence to approve them—even if screenshots are included. Rewards can only be granted if Freecash and our offer partners can properly validate your achievement in line with our Terms of Service.
Accepted Status
The reward status will show “Completed” and the support ticket will show “Accepted by support”. Your reward will have been granted.
