Eligible entrants can enter a Sweepstakes through the following methods of entry:

1. Coin Redemption Entry Method:
   1. Earning Coins. The Website offers users the opportunity to participate in Offers to earn Coins. The number of Coins that can be earned by participating in a Offer, any limitations, eligibility restrictions, and other requirements that apply to the Offer may be disclosed when the Offer is presented on the Website. Some of the Offers on the Website may include the following (subject to change):
      1. Viewing Advertisements:Website users may have the opportunity to earn Coins by viewing or interacting with advertisements on the Website or on third-party websites or services. Additional limits and instructions may be communicated with the specific earning opportunity.
      2. Testing or Signing Up With Websites or Apps: Website users may have the opportunity to earn Coins by testing or signing up with third party websites or mobile apps while logged into their Account (each, a “Third Party Service”). These tasks may require that users create an account with the Third Party Service or download a mobile application developed and published by the Third Party Service. Each user’s use of the applicable Third Party Service is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of such Third Party Service. Sponsor’s provision of links to Third Party Service is not an endorsement of any information, content, software application, product or service that is offered on or reached through such Third Party Service. Such Third Party Services are not monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by Sponsor, and Sponsor is not responsible for the content or performance of any Third Party Service accessed through the Website, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices or other policies of or contained in such Third Party Services. If a user decides to leave the Website and access the Third Party Service or to use or install any Third Party Service, each user does so at their own risk, and users should be aware that the Website’s terms and policies no longer govern. The specific instructions about each Third Party Service to be tested, eligibility information, and the required tasks may be communicated where the specific earning opportunity is advertised on the Website.
      3. Participating in Surveys or Quizzes: Users may have the opportunity to earn Coins by responding to surveys or quizzes though the Website or a Third Party Service during the time when the survey is open. Limits on the number of times that a survey or quiz may be completed or eligibility restrictions may be communicated where the specific earning opportunity is advertised on the Website. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the correct answer to any questions asked in a quiz offered on the Website in its sole discretion.
      4. Skill-Based Earning Opportunities: Users may have the opportunity to earn Coins by playing certain skill-based games through the Website or through a Third Party Service. The rules applicable to the opportunity may be communicated where the specific earning opportunity is advertised on the Website.
      5. By Making a Purchase: Users may have the opportunity to earn Coins based on purchases made by the user on a Third Party Service while logged into their Account . These opportunities may be presented as per item, per transaction, by subscribing to a Third Party Service for a specific period, or by reaching certain monetary thresholds on an applicable Third Party Service. If you void or cancel a qualifying purchase credited toward accumulation of Coins, Sponsor reserves the right to deduct the Coins associated with that purchase from your Account.

      For clarity purposes, Coins will not be awarded to any user for any Coin-earning activity (i) completed while the user was not logged into the user’s Account if that is necessary for tracking purposes; or (ii) not in compliance with the Terms of Service, these Official Rules, or the additional terms and conditions presented at the time the earning activity is communicated. Coins are personal to each user’s Account. Coins have no cash value. Accrued Coins do not constitute property of a user and have no value outside of the Website. Coins and accounts may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered, purchased, transferred, or assigned upon the account holder’s death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise. Any Coins or accounts obtained in this manner by any person or entity will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and deemed void and such Coins and account, as applicable, may be confiscated or cancelled. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine and modify, at any time, the value of Coins and the number of Coins that may be earned for any given activity offered on the Website. Once a user has redeemed Coins, they are gone and there are no refunds, returns or exchanges for additional Coins, cash, or other goods and services. Users may not rely on the continued availability of any Coin-earning opportunity or Coin-redemption opportunity. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty about the number or type of Coin-earning or redemption opportunities that may be available through the Website or the duration for which such opportunities will be active on the Website. Sponsor may modify any of the methods through which users earn Coins, how Coins can be used, the types or “classes” of Coins available, the conditions under which Coins may expire or be forfeited, and any other aspect of how Coins are earned or redeemed, at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect a user’s ability to use the Coins that they have already earned. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may determine that an account that is dormant should be closed and that Coins that are unused in an account for thirty (30) consecutive days should be deemed expired, forfeited and/or abandoned.

      Sponsor reserves the right to change, update and/or discontinue, in whole or in part, the Sweepstakes or any portion of these Rules, at any time in its sole discretion and without advance notice. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions, and Website users waive any right they may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. If Sponsor changes or modifies these Rules, we will revise the “last updated” date located at the top of these Rules. If you continue to use the Website by earning Coins, redeeming Coins, logging into your Account or otherwise in any way after a change to these Rules, you will be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally consented and agreed to such changes; therefore, you should review these Rules frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply.

   2. Redeeming Coins: Eligible entrants can use Coins to receive Sweepstakes entries and gift cards.

Mail-In: To receive Coins without participating in Offers hand print in ink on a letter-size sheet of paper, your full name, complete home address and zip code, month and year of birth, preferred email address, Freecash ID, and the username associated with the entrant’s Account. Mail the completed entry form in a first-class stamped business-size envelope to: Almedia GmbH, 19 8th St S #863, Fargo, ND 58103. All required information on the mail in entry must be completed. No metered mail will be accepted. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due requests or mail. Limit one (1) request per outer mailing envelope.

Proof of entering information at the Website or sending a request by mail is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry or request. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes or otherwise on or through the Website will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://freecash.com/privacy. Sponsor may engage third party application providers and other vendors to administer certain aspects of the Sweepstakes or to facilitate certain Coin-earning opportunities, including without limitation, the online collection of entry information. Such third parties will provide your personally identifiable information to Sponsor, and such third parties may also use your information for their own independent purposes in accordance with their own independent privacy practices. Sponsor is not responsible for the storage or any use of your entry information by such third parties.

NOTE: Entry must be made by the entrant, only through the entry methods described above. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The “Promotion Entities” (as defined herein) shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

Prizes will be awarded only if each potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, deduct or withhold the amount of applicable tax on any cash or cash equivalent prize. The Sponsor may issue and file an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent tax withholding documentation for the retail value of any prize or other items of value transferred to each prize winner by the Sponsor in accordance with IRS requirements, and the Sponsor may also share such documentation with a state or local government agency as required by law. Refusal or failure of each prize winner to satisfy the requirements of all necessary and appropriate tax, withholding or other required compliance terms (including Social Security number, IRS Form W­8BEN, IRS Form W­9, or equivalent information), as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in each prize winner forfeiting the prizes and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will award prizes subject to any applicable withholding taxes, and the amount of the prize transferred, as reduced by any applicable withholding taxes, will constitute full payment of the prize, as applicable. Depending on the nature and value of a prize, a potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If a winner is a minor at Sponsor’s option, the applicable prize either will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner, or the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner will be required to ratify and sign Prize Claim Documents. If any potential winner (or, in the case of a minor, such minor winner’s parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents by the deadline specified in the prize notification], the winner may be disqualified.

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE PROMOTION ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE PROMOTION ENTITIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF A USER PROVES THAT SPONSOR HAS IMPROPERLY DENIED SUCH USER ANY PRIZE, THEN THE USER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE OR A REASONABLY EQUIVALENT PRIZE.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRABT AGREES THAT ANY LEGAL, EQUITABLE OR OTHER CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART OUT OF OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE SERVED AND FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED. EACH USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THIS ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS PERIOD IS NOT SUBJECT TO TOLLING AND MAY BE SHORTER THAN THE DEFAULT STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE APPLY. AFTER SUCH ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD, THE AFFECTED CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION WILL BE DEEMED WAIVED, AND THE ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE AFFECTED CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED SHALL BE DEEMED INCONTESTABLE.
