When you withdraw via bank transfer, but enter the wrong details, you may be able to cancel the transaction before it processes. Simply reach out to Freecash Support with all the details.

If you are too late to cancel a transaction, one of two things will happen.

  • If the account details you entered match an account owned by someone else, the transfer will go through. We cannot recall this money. It will be sent to the account holder.
  • If the account details you entered do not match any account, the transfer will be rejected and the funds will be automatically returned

In most cases, you should be able to get your money back.
