8 Money Making Micro Task Websites and How I Earned $534

Gaming micro-task websites tend to offer more through their gaming advertisers than any other. I have easily earned over $250 a week and $534 in a month, including personalized bonuses, as I complete tasks. To maximize your earnings, I suggest playing on each of these platforms for one hour to two a day.

Freecash

Freecash is a play-to-earn platform where you can download and earn multiple rewards within a game. Complete boss fights, level up, or complete special tasks to earn high rewards up to $500. The more to play, the more you earn

I prefer Freecash over other microtask websites because they offer more than just small tasks; you also earn bonuses of up to $500 if you make it to the top of the leaderboard of earners. You can also withdraw instantly with no complicated ID checks, as they only take maybe 10 minutes of your time to check your credentials.

A few of the main tasks you could do on Freecash are:

  • Play Games
  • Test Products
  • Complete Surveys
  • Earn from Affiliates

Poll Play

I personally really enjoy Poll Play because they offer a variety of games that other micro task websites do not offer. While I do still think Freecash offers a larger variety, poll play is a great secondary app to switch things up from time to time.

Each task is super easy, and you can earn up to $50 per task. On average, I earn about $5 to $10 per task, and I spend from a couple minutes to an hour or two for the intense, higher paying tasks.

Gam3s.gg

If you like crypto and want to earn free NFTs, you will love Gam3s.gg. You do not earn as much as the larger micro task websites reward like Freecash and Poll Play, but Gam3s.gg is super engaging overall and the best option if you want to retain assets with long-term value.

You can easily earn a few assets within a couple of minutes. They also provide points towards free crypto or NFTs if you engage with the community through Discord or X. Most tasks do not take long, however keep in mind it can take a while to collect a decent amount of value.

JumpTask

On Jumptask, you can earn up to $10 for each task while playing games or filling out surveys. The tasks are pretty easy and straightforward without being extremely complex like some game tasks can be.

I would definitely recommend JumpTask for a nice change up for when I do not want to use other micro task websites, however Freecash and Poll Task offer higher earning potential.

A few highlighted tasks you can do on JumpTask:

  • Watch videos
  • Play games
  • Complete Surveys
  • Interact with social media content
  • Label images to train algorithms

Depending on the task, you will determine how much you make. However, you can expect to earn, on average, around $2 to $5 for each task. Each task also takes a few minutes to complete unless it's super basic, like installing a game.

Toluna

I really like Toluna, and I think they are one of the best when it comes to user satisfaction and overall support. However, they do sometimes lack tasks, which I found frustrating, as I really was hoping they would offer better and more opportunities.

If you are young and maybe looking for a good survey platform for teens, this could be a great first shot. Each task takes a few minutes to complete, and you can easily earn from $20 to $30 extra a month by simply answering their surveys.

SwagBucks

While one of the oldest paid-to-earn survey and micro-task websites, they are still holding strong and still offer few great reward opportunities. I personally do not like the website simply because its not as gamified and up-to-date like Freecash, but they are pretty solid and have a great history.

A few ways you could earn money from Swagbucks as a micro website would be:

  • Play games
  • Complete high-value surveys
  • Try free samples
  • Read newsletters

Swagbucks pays very low however which was the biggest negative about this micro task website. Sometimes tasks just don't feel like they're worth it, so I prefer to go somewhere else.

OnePoll

OnePoll is a survey micro task website focused on PR surveys and online market research. While they do not provide as many options as previously mentioned micro tasking sites, OnePoll offers a large variety of surveys that can pay rather decently.

OnePoll can easily pay you about $20 to even $65 per week, which is a solid pay compared to a few other options I previously described. It can be rather inconsistent, though which can lead you to not wanting to come back to the website too often.

YouGov

YouGov is a rather diverse survey or poll micro task website where users can answer to a variety of categories such as political views, public views, current affairs, and consumer products and brands. I really found this one interesting as its a bit different that an average micro tasking site like previously mentioned.

Desktop$3 to $11 a month2 to 3 minutes

Something I will warn you about, though, is earning rates for YouGov is VERY small. Within a few months you will earn maybe around $50 if you are consistent. I do not recommend this site if you are trying to make a quick $100 extra here and there.
