Fast food is just as expensive as higher-quality options nowadays, but it doesn't make a good Subway any less delicious. Thankfully, there are ways to earn Subway without spending money.
The fastest way to get Subway for free is by earning gift cards online. You can earn Subway gift cards on sites that pay users to complete tasks. Then use those gift cards with discounts from Subway app to get a full meal in just a few hours.
Unfortunately, Subway does not have a nationwide program for food donations, but independent franchise owners may participate in local food bank programs. So for those who are struggling, this may also be an option.

It is not a generous loyalty program. But, there are reasons to use the app anyway, so you may as well collect the points to get free Subway eventually.

You may be eligible for other discounts if your local Subway participates:

Seniors: Most Subway locations offer a seniors discount of 10% for over 60s. Simply ask in store.

Veterans: A few locations offer a 10% discount for veterans, and some give out six-inch subs on Veterans Day (November 11) each year.

Students: Rather than a flat year-round discount, students can benefit from occasional one-off deals at Subway. Consider joining Student Beans, where they keep an updated list of current Subway deals.
As each location is run by an independent franchise owner, your closest Subway may not offer any of the above discounts.
