Collect Gems in a Gem Mine
Gem Mines are the most reliable in-game source of free gems in Chief Almighty. They take time to locate, but finding them requires no spending and no third-party platforms.
To find Gem Mines, focus on Resource Spots you haven't yet explored. Spots closer to the center of the map are higher level and have larger reserves, making them more likely to be Gem Mines.

- Resource level 8: Located on sand, the highest gem mine probability
- Resource level 6 to 7: Near sand
- Resource level 1 to 5: Further from the center, lower reserves
Level 8 Resource Spots are the best starting point for gem mine hunting, given their rarity and central positioning.
Earn Gems from Events and Quests
Limited-time events and quests are a consistent source of free gems. Early quests are designed to reward new players with gems as an incentive to progress, so completing them as you get started adds up quickly.
The Crown of Glory event in Chief Almighty: First Thunder awards free gems to winners. It's a competitive event best entered at level 20 or above. Lower-level players will find it difficult to place, though losing does not affect your rank.
