The most organic way you can get free gems in Chief Almighty is by discovering Gem Mines. They are rather difficult to find, and each players discovers them in different ways. While this might be the most time consuming option, I would recommend it if you don't want to spend any money or go through reward platforms. 

To better find Gem Mines, look for Resource Spots that you havent yet explored. Resource Spots closer to the center of the map are typically higher levels and have a better reserve. This could mean they are also a Gem Mine.
