You cannot buy Gold Stickers from the shop like you can with Dice. You have to pull them from Packs or trade for them during Golden Blitz events.
Trade for Gold Stickers During Golden Blitz Events
You can only trade Gold Stickers during Golden Blitz events, which typically happen weekly and normally last 24 hours, starting at 5 am PT (8 am ET / 1 pm GMT).
During each event, two specific Gold Stickers are made tradable between players. The tradable stickers change with every event.

Quick Wins are daily tasks that must be completed within 24 hours. Finishing enough of them fills a weekly progress bar, with a Purple Pack as the grand prize.
The bar resets every Monday, so completing your daily tasks in Monopoly GO can reliably earn you one Purple Pack per week.
