Yes, Cash Giraffe is legit and safe to use. I have played games and taken surveys on the app to ensure its legitimacy. The cashout is fairly simple as well, however can take a few days to get as you need to grind out gems first.Â

User AccessibilityÂ
The Cash Giraffe app is available on both iOS and Android (Google Play). No issues with the download, easy set up. However, it is not available on PC, so you won’t be able to play games unless you use it through a platform like Blue Stacks.Â
They have a website though, where you can read their guides and other articles (not that many, but can be helpful). The website also holds most of their contact information, although you can also request support directly through the app as a feature.Â
Sign Up Process
There was no request to create a personal account. Once the app is downloaded, it appears they somehow connect your email/google account to the app so you skip the sign up process.Â
I like how they make the process really easy and you don’t have to go through a bunch of profile set up stages. Here is the process I followed:
- Navigated to the Cash Giraffe page on Google Play (or iOS)
- Downloaded the app straight to my phone
- Opened the app and instantly earned 720 gem bonus for being a new user
- Offered on game and multiple surveys
You just get straight to earning, here is how it looks when you first join. From here you can mostly just click on either surveys, or the featured game.Â
There is no profile dashboard, or somewhere you can locate previously completed offers. I really enjoy having a profile overview of current offers pending, amount available for payout, and just having the ability to have some kind of ID like you do on Freecash.
Gaming Experience
When you first start, only one game is offered at a time, no large library to directly choose from (they choose for you). You earn gems by the minute, or by tasks, but you are limited and do not have an indication of how long you need to play the game to earn the gems.Â
The games they offer are decent, but sometimes I don't want the game, but I have to download it and play it to see the next game. It's a great way to force you to download a game even if you don't want to play it.Â
While it is a surprise every time, they have two different types of game offers:
- Time based offers
- Task based offers
From my experience, for the timed offers you need to basically finish it in one sitting, because you have no way of getting back to that offer once you start it. As for the task based offers, it's the same. However tasked offers seem to be the higher rewarding than the timed options.Â
The more you download, the more choices they start to give you, which makes it feel like you kind of have a choice after a while. At the end of the day, I do like how Freecash offers me a large library of games to choose from, with no string attached.Â
Survey Experience
The surveys are generally fast, and I really enjoy the fact that they give you a time estimate for each. So in case I don’t have time to go through a longer survey, I can still take on the shorter ones to earn faster.Â
You have to go through the whole survey though before you learn if you are rejected. You also are prompted to game more than take surveys. I think it prompted me twice to rethink if I even wanted to do the surveys, which I found odd.
If you are advertising it, why make me feel bad for trying it out?Â
Outside of that issue, I really do enjoy the surveys, I just wish I would know if I was disqualified or not earlier in the survey questionnaire, rather than in the end.Â
Cashout Process
Your first cashout can be a bit difficult to achieve at first. You will need to spend a few days grinding out the first few offers. If you can do it on the same day, you will need to spend at least a full 8 hour work day playing games and earn a minimum $10.Â
Unfortunately, there is no direction to how many games I need to earn my first cashout. Neither is there a conversion explanation on how much 1 gem is in USD or EUR. Because of that, I had a hard time figuring out how much I could make for my first cashout.Â
They have PayPal and gift cards available at cashout, which is rather nice as Paypal is generally a good and secure option.
Email SupportÂ
While they do not offer a Live Chat option, they do have an email. They typically respond within the next day, so at least if I have any major requests, I know I can get a response.Â
Since there is no live chat, and only email, I need to fill out a lot of information including email, app name (it's through their company's support, not just for Cash Giraffe), GAID, UUID, etc. A bit tedious if I have a support question.Â
However, if you really need support on these kinds of platforms, it must be for a very technical reason, and emails are usually nice to keep track of, instead of losing it all via live chat.Â
Final Take on Cash Giraffe
Cash Giraffe is quite literally the definition of “No bs” reward platform. You get straight to earning, with no underlining rules or heavily descriptive methods to completing offers. You can immediately access surveys too, and they display a fun progress bar to help you know how far into the survey you are.Â
However, earning fast on Cash Giraffe is quite tough, especially starting out. Following their guides is crucial to succeed and earn bigger rewards. If you can keep up with the guide and make some gems fast, you can easily get a hang of this reward platform.
