JustPlay isn’t perfect (far from it), but it is legit. I was able to install the app, complete a number of tasks, and cash out to PayPal within one evening.
The best feature of the app was how fluid it made the onboarding process. For newcomers, this might be one of the better options available. However, I would not recommend JustPlay to most users, because the earning potential is very low.

Earning Potential: Is JustPlay worth your time?Â
Let’s start with what was, for me, the worst part about JustPlay. Unlike other earning sites, where you are told how much you will get for completing each task, on JustPlay you are simply told how many “Loyalty Points” you will receive.
Here’s the kicker: Loyalty Points do not have a fixed value, they are converted at a random rate every three hours. So if you earn a million points, that could be worth up to $17 (according to JustPlay), but in my own case, a million points was actually only worth about $1.25.
This is infuriating, and based on the reviews of fellow users, it seems to be a major drawback. Why commit your time to a task when you don’t know how much you will earn?Â
This also makes it incredibly risky to spend money on completing offers. Whereas on other sites I know I can spend a little in-game to get some money back, on JustPlay there’s no guarantee my reward will be big enough to justify that investment.
While reviewing JustPlay, I spent about $2 to get to Level 15 quickly in a casino game. I saw the same offer on other GPT sites and was convinced I would get at least $2 back. But after completing the task and earning 614,400 Loyalty Points, I got unlucky with that evening’s conversion and my points only converted to about $0.82.
User Friendliness: Is JustPlay a good app?
From the worst part of JustPlay to the best: the user experience was great. There were almost no points of friction between installing the app, starting an offer, tracking it, and cashing out to PayPal.
It's an incredibly gamified platform, with an earnings booster bar to fill, an active player tracker, and even a great tutorial when you first log in. In fact, for new users, I would go out on a limb and say JustPlay has one of the most fluid onboarding experiences I’ve seen on an app like this.Â
Another great aspect for beginners to consider is that JustPlay has no minimum withdrawal. I sent myself €0.72 (about $0.82) directly to PayPal and received it immediately. No ID verification was needed, which is rare and will be appreciated by many users.
The platform is admittedly ugly and in some ways very basic, but it was perfectly functional. I never experienced a crash.
The only major downsides are that, for heavy users, the offer screen may be too simplistic and lacking in certain features you would normally expect.Â
Task Variety: What offers can you find on JustPlay?Â
JustPlay does not have surveys but focuses on gaming and sign-ups. They even develop several games themselves.
One of the JustPlay-owned games I played was called Ball Bounce. It was very basic but enjoyable and similar to Tetris. As blocks fell, I could shoot bags of money, which rewarded me with Loyalty Points. This was more fun than the usual “Reach Level X in 60 days,” but again, the earnings were not worth the time.
In terms of third-party gaming offers, JustPlay doesn’t have as many titles as bigger apps like Freecash and Mistplay, but covers all genres. One standout title was Age of Empires Mobile, which I haven’t seen on other platforms, and is a fantastic game.Â
The app also includes a paid video-watching offer available every two minutes for 20,000 Loyalty Points (around $0.02). Each time you press the button, you have to watch an unskippable ad (in my case, I got TikTok and FunID). With fewer and fewer paid video watching opportunities out there, this is a welcome feature.Â
Reputation: Do other users recommend JustPlay?Â
With a 4.3 rating from 1.4 million reviews on the Google Play Store, and a 4.2 on Trustpilot from 900 reviews, it's fair to say JustPlay have a good reputation. I can confirm that my PayPal withdrawal was successful without any issues or surprise bans.
Based on the recent posts and comments I saw on JustPlay's Subreddit, most users only have one complaint: The conversion rates used to be much higher. I can’t confirm that, as I have only just started using JustPlay, but the rates I saw were disappointing.
Final Verdict: Should you use JustPlay?Â
As I tried to make clear at the beginning of the review, JustPlay is legit, and would be a good choice for beginners. Even a complete novice could start right now and within three hours have a small amount to show for it.Â
However, for users who already feel comfortable navigating platforms like JustPlay and Freecash, I am firmly of the belief you will get better value for your time spent on other platforms. Especially ones that don't randomly decide how much your points are going to be worth every three hours.Â
With fixed rewards in place, you can plan how to invest your in-app spending and complete the most difficult tasks. Which is the method employed by high-earning users.Â
Given the random earnings, I would advise most users to find an alternative app.Â
