To ensure fair access to support for all users, Freecash limits the number of active support tickets you can have open at any one time. This helps our team review and respond to tickets faster and keeps the system running smoothly for everyone.
Support Ticket Limits
You can only have a limited number of active support tickets at once. Once a ticket is resolved or closed, you can open a new one.

An “active” ticket is one that is currently under review by our Support Team and has the status Awaiting Support or In Progress. When a ticket is marked as Accepted or Declined, it is no longer active and does not count toward your limit.
What You’ll See When You Hit the Limit
When you have 3 active tickets for a single offer, all other rewards for that offer become greyed out, and you won’t be able to open another ticket for that offer until one of your active tickets is resolved or closed. A message explaining this will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
The same applies if you have 10 active tickets open across all offers; additional rewards become greyed out and a message at the bottom of the page will explain that you’ve reached the limit.

- Use Live Chat for general questions about your account, withdrawals, or getting started with offers. The support ticket system is only for offer issues that did not credit after the required waiting period.
