Delete your account on Freecash
Follow these steps on either mobile or desktop to delete your Freecash account:
- Go to your Freecash Profile page.
- Press the Settings button in the top-right corner.
- At the bottom of the Settings pop-up, press the “Delete Account” button.
- Type “DELETE” into the text field, and then press “Delete”.

Will all of my personal information be deleted with my account?
No, your data is not automatically deleted when you close an account. To delete your information on Freecash, you can request data deletion in compliance with GDPR by contacting the Freecash Support Team over live chat or via email.
For email requests, include the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and your Freecash User ID. Once received, your request will be processed within 30 days.
