Every Freecash account has a unique ID. You will need to be able to provide your own when contacting support, but finding it can be done in just three steps on desktop and mobile:
- Go to your Freecash Profile page.
- Open the 'Settings' pop-up.
- Copy your Freecash ID from the top of the 'Information' section.

Finding your User ID on mobile
Follow these steps in the app or on a mobile browser:
- Go to your Freecash Profile page by pressing your avatar in the top-left corner.
- From the My Profile page, press the '⚙️' symbol in the top-right corner to open the 'Settings' pop-up.
- At the top of this pop-up, in the first 'Information' field, you can find your Freecash ID.
- You can copy your ID by pressing the symbol of the two squares to the right of the number.

Finding your User ID on desktop
On desktop, the process of finding your User ID is just as simple:
- Go to your Freecash Profile page by pressing your avatar in the top-right corner.
- From your Profile page, select "⚙️ Settings" in the top-right corner.
- Your Freecash ID will appear in the left-hand column, just beneath 'Information'.
- You can copy your ID by pressing the symbol of the two squares to the right of the number.
