If you experience an issue with any offers provided by Freecash, our Support Team is here to help. Please submit a ticket through your account, and we will work to resolve it within 10 to 15 days.
Freecash processes a high volume of Offers every day, which means we also handle a significant number of support tickets. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, this demand may occasionally impact response times.
Do Gold VIP members get faster support?
Yes. Tickets from Gold VIP members are given top priority, and our Support Team aims to resolve them within 24 hours.
