Getting started with a cashback offer on Freecash is easy. You do not need to enter codes, register separately or scan receipts. Simply follow the links from our site to the shop, and earn cashback.
Step-by-step guide:
- Log in to Freecash.
- Navigate to the Cashback page.
- Browse through the list of partner shops and find one that interests you. Each shop shows the cashback percentage you can earn.
- Click on the shop to be redirected via a tracking link.
- Shop normally and complete your order on the store’s website via your browser (do not use the store’s app, as not all apps allow us to track your purchase).
- Once the shop confirms the purchase, your cashback will appear in your Freecash account, which usually takes 10 minutes, but in some cases it may take up to 48 hours. (If you return any items, the cashback amount will be adjusted accordingly).
- Cashback will at first be ‘Pending’, and then later ‘Paid’. This process usually takes a few days, but some shops wait until their return period ends (14–30 days), and certain categories like travel or subscriptions may take weeks or months.
Cashback only works if you start directly from Freecash. If you open the store separately, use a third-party coupon site, or make a purchase directly in the store’s own app, the purchase may not be tracked.
At launch, cashback on Freecash is only available for online purchases. Receipt scanning and offline cashback are not supported.
