Pending Cashback
Cashback usually shows up in your account as ‘Pending’ within 10 minutes, but depending on the shop it may take a few hours (rarely up to 48 hours). Do not worry if it takes a little longer. Every partner shop has its own reporting system. Some send data back almost immediately, while others batch their reports and update a few times per day.
Paid Cashback
Verification takes longer; most shops only confirm the order as ‘Paid’ after their return or cancellation period has ended. At that point, you can withdraw it.
For instance, if you make a purchase worth €150 (after taxes and shipping), with 5% cashback, you should see €7.50 ‘Pending’ in your account within a few hours. But if the shop has a 30-day return policy, the cashback may not be confirmed as ‘Paid’ until after that period ends.
What to do When You’re Missing Cashback
If your cashback has not appeared as ‘Pending’ after 48 hours, double-check your setup. Make sure you accepted cookies, disabled ad-blockers, and clicked through Freecash before purchasing. If everything looks fine, but no cashback appears, submit a Missing Cashback ticket, so our support team can investigate.
