Rest assured, we'll release your held offer as soon as possible.
In the meantime, the reward for any held offer appears as a pending balance in the Cashouts section of your account. There's no need to open a support ticket—once the hold is lifted, a completed offer is paid out to your balance automatically, with no action needed from you.Â
