We put Offers on hold whenever our fraud team need to investigate an issue. In the vast majority of cases, it will have no effect on your account, or your ability to complete other Offers.
Rest assured, we'll release your held offer as soon as possible.
In the meantime, the reward for any held offer appears as a pending balance in the Cashouts section of your account. There's no need to open a support ticket—once the hold is lifted, a completed offer is paid out to your balance automatically, with no action needed from you.
