When a user's offer is being 'held' on Freecash, it means our automated system is preventing rewards from being issued. Offers are held for one of two reasons:
- As a fraud prevention measure, we manually check a number of random completed offers each day. In the vast majority of these cases, the offer is only held for a short period of time while our team confirm the details.
- When a user's chargeback rate exceeds 10% of their total offers, the system holds all of their offers until their chargeback rate drops below 10%. Your chargeback rate is the amount of offers our partners suspect you have completed fraudulently.
Our automated offer holding system is there to prevent fraud. It allows us to provide a fair environment for you—the legitimate users—who are happily earning on Freecash.

Can Freecash release held offers early?
No, it is not possible for us to manually release offers that have been put on hold. We understand that this situation can be frustrating, and we thank you for your patience.
