If you are having an issue with a BitLabs survey, we recommend you contact their support team directly for the fastest resolution:
- Submit a request with BitLabs.
- Select "BitLabs Offers" from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in the details and upload a screenshot as evidence of completion if possible, then press "Submit".
BitLabs will now be able to begin helping you resolve your issue.
How to Check the Offer Partner
If you are not sure which of our partners provided the offer, you can easily check:

Go to your Freecash profile by clicking on your avatar (top-right on desktop, top-left on mobile).

Select "Earnings" to bring up a list of your ongoing offers and surveys.
On desktop, you will see the provider listed in the ‘Offer Partner’ column.
On mobile, you will need to select the offer or survey in question, which will open a pop-up that displays the provider.
