Understand how we track your progress while completing offers.

If you uninstall a game downloaded from Freecash, the tracking will be disrupted, and you are unlikely to be able to complete any offers.
Whenever you delete a game downloaded from Freecash we lose the ability to track your progress, which will void any ongoing offers involving the game.
Here's a guide to help you ensure your offers track accurately, reducing the risk of missing out on rewards.
Didn’t get credited for a Freecash Offer? Open a support ticket via your profile, attach proof, and get a response within 10 days.
Tracking issues on Freecash are caused by users who have not given full permissions to track, or who are trying to complete Offers with a VPN or on multiple sites.
Uncredited offer? Wait 72 hours. If not credited, contact the offer host, and provide your Freecash ID, the offer details, date, and screenshots.
