When you install a game on Freecash we can track your in-app progress, which allows us to properly reward you for completing offers. However, when you uninstall a game we lose the ability to track your progress, and therefore cannot reward you.
Downloading the game or app again will not resolve this issue. We therefore encourage users to contact our Support Team via live chat or email when issues occur, rather than uninstalling games and losing offer progress.
