The information you provide to Freecash—such as age, gender, location, and other demographic details—helps us to match you with relevant opportunities, improving your chances of qualification and successful completion.
How Long Will We Use Your Personal Data?
Per our privacy policy (§8, ¶1),
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
In some circumstances, we will anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Deleting Your Data
To delete your data on Freecash, you can request data deletion in compliance with GDPR by contacting the Freecash Support Team over live chat or via email.
For email requests, include the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and your Freecash User ID. Once received, your request will be processed within 30 days.
Note, it is necessary to share your data if you wish to continue using Freecash. Otherwise, we cannot match you with earning opportunities.
