How to Contact Our Partner Your Surveys

To contact Your Surveys regarding an on-going issue with a specific survey, go to to your profile by clicking on your name at the top of the page, and select the profile option in the drop down box that appears.

Alternatively you can use this direct link: https://freecash.com/myprofile

From there, select the "Surveys in-Progress" option and find the survey you had issue with. You should then select the green ticket icon directly next to that listed survey. Underneath the support column.
