You will need to take a photo of yourself and your ID when verifying your account on Freecash. We cannot verify your ID without these photos, and we do not offer alternative verification options.
Our partners at Veriff, who help us complete the process, use AI to analyze the photos. They delete all user data after three years.
If you do not verify your ID, you will not be able to redeem rewards per our Terms of Service § 9(1):
Freecash reserves the right to verify your identity to our complete satisfaction prior to crediting or allowing redemption of any Rewards, issuing or delivering any Redemption Prizes in any Rewards Program, or otherwise providing you with access to or any benefit associated with the Website and features, or your Account.
