What Will I Need to Provide During the Verification Process?

The short version

You need to provide ID documentation during the verification process.
You will also be asked to take a selfie during the verification process, so make sure your cameras are working.

To comply with legal regulations, we need to verify the identity of users before allowing them to make withdrawals. Currently, our partners at Veriff handle the verification process, and it should only take five minutes.

Before starting the verification process, prepare the following:

Ensure that your camera works before starting the process. You will need to take a photo of yourself as the account-holder.
You will also need some form of government-issued ID, which is still valid. You can find a list of accepted IDs per region below.

Attempting to verify an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited, and will result in a permanent ban.
