- Once confirmed, your Ethereum will be sent to your specified wallet.
Processing Time: Requests are usually processed within an hour. However, depending on blockchain congestion, it may take a few hours. This delay is inherent to the network and outside of our control.
Tracking: You can monitor your transaction's progress by entering your wallet address on Blockchair. If your funds have not arrived within 3 hours of being released, please contact our support team.
Travel Rule Sender Details
Some exchanges and hosted wallets ask you to confirm who sent a transfer before they release the funds. This is a legal requirement known as the Travel Rule, and it can apply to crypto you receive from Freecash.
If you are asked for the sender’s details, enter:
- Sender name: Almedia GmbH
- Sender country: Germany
- Wallet type: Unknown, or “Not applicable” if that option is offered
Almedia GmbH is the company that operates Freecash, so these are the correct details for any withdrawal you receive from us. If your exchange holds the transfer because the sender information does not match, contact their support with these details.
