Our partner, Tango, provides a secure and easy-to-follow 5-step process for redeeming your gift card.
- Withdraw from Freecash
- Receive your Order Confirmation email
- Receive your Reward email
- Claim the gift card
- Redeem the gift card
The example screenshots show an Amazon gift card, but the process is the same for all gift card withdrawals.
Order Confirmation
After clicking "Withdraw" your Cashout is sent to our team for manual review. Most withdrawals are approved in a few minutes, but in some instances it may take up to 30 minutes.
When the withdrawal is approved, it will automatically trigger an email confirming "We've received your order ✅". This email will be sent to the address associated with your Freecash user profile.

Within a few minutes, you will receive another email.
Reward Email
The second email you receive can arrive up to 10 minutes after the Order Confirmation.
This email will provide you with a Security Code & Verification URL.
Note
Security Codes and Claim Codes do different things! Your reward value is tied to the Claim Code, which you can only access through your Security Code.

Claim the Gift Card:
Please follow the steps to claim your gift card code.Â
- Copy the 8-digit alphanumeric security code displayed in your Reward Email. The security code is not case-sensitive.
- Click the Redemption URL link to access the "Unlock your Reward" page.
- Enter the security code into the provided text box.
- The webpage will refresh, revealing your claim code.
Redeem the Gift Card
You can now use the gift card code (the same code as the Claim Code) on whichever platform you chose.
