If you completed an offer but didn't receive your reward, submitting a support ticket lets our team manually review the issue.

This guide explains what happens during the review, what a rejected ticket means, and when a rejected Exclusive Offer ticket may be looked at a second time.

Understand Why Your Offer May Not Have Credited

Most offers credit automatically once you complete the required steps. If a reward doesn't appear, the offer likely didn't track correctly.

Common reasons include using a VPN, having ad blockers active, not being a first-time user of the app or service, or switching devices mid-offer.

Before opening a ticket, check our offer tracking guide to confirm all requirements were met.

See What Happens After You Submit a Ticket

Once you submit a support ticket, it enters the manual review queue. Our team typically resolves tickets within 15 days.

During that time, the team reviews your submitted screenshots, checks tracking data from offer partners, and confirms whether the completion can be validated.

You can check your ticket status in the Your Offer Tickets section of your profile. Tickets appear with one of three statuses:

  • Awaiting Support — your ticket is in the review queue.
  • Accepted — your reward has been approved and added to your balance.
  • Declined — the review team could not approve the request. A declined ticket is what we mean by a rejected ticket.

Find Out Why Your Ticket Was Declined

Rejections happen when the review team cannot verify a completion using the available evidence and partner data. Strict validation standards keep rewards fair for everyone.

Most declined tickets fall into one of these categories:

Tracking or Validation Could Not Be Confirmed

Even if you completed the task, the team may be unable to verify it using the tracking data received from partners.

Evidence Was Inconclusive

The screenshots or information provided may not meet the requirements needed to approve the reward.

System Protection Flags

Our systems monitor for patterns that may indicate offer misuse. When a submission triggers these safeguards, the ticket cannot be approved. For security reasons, we don't share technical details about these protections.

What Can You Do About a Rejected Ticket?

For most tickets, the review team's decision is final. Sending additional evidence after a rejection will not change the status, and submitting the same ticket again slows down reviews for other users.

The main exception is Exclusive Offer tickets, which can in some cases be sent for a second review, as explained below.

Can a Rejected Exclusive Offer Ticket Be Reviewed Again?

In some cases, yes. A rejected Exclusive Offer ticket — the kind tied to game rewards and in-game level approvals — may be sent for a second review, known as a re-review. Whether a ticket is sent for re-review is decided by our team at its own discretion. It isn't automatic, isn't guaranteed, and can't be requested.

How the Re-Review Process Works

Your Exclusive Offer ticket is first reviewed based on the evidence you provided. If our team decides the ticket should be looked at again, it is passed to a specialized support team that handles Exclusive Offer re-reviews.

When that happens, you'll be told your ticket has been sent for re-review. You'll receive a message with the expected reply time, and you may be invited to provide additional information for that second review.

What If Your Ticket Is Not Sent for Re-Review?

If a rejected Exclusive Offer ticket is not sent for re-review, the rejection is final and cannot be appealed. In that case, sending in more evidence will not change the ticket's status.

If you disagree with a final decision, the most helpful step for future offers is to review the offer tracking guide so completions are recorded correctly from the start.
