When you withdraw via bank transfer, but enter the wrong details, you may be able to cancel the transaction before it processes. Simply follow these steps:

  1. 1 Contact Tremendous (the payment processors who handle our bank transfers) and provide your transaction ID. Request a cancellation of your withdrawal.
  2. 2 If Tremendous confirms the cancellation, reach out to Freecash Support. We can then credit your Freecash account with the withdrawn coins.

If you are too late to cancel a transaction, one of two things will happen.

  • If the account details you entered match an account owned by someone else, the transfer will go through. We cannot recall this money. It will be sent to the account holder.
  • If the account details you entered do not match any account, the transfer will be rejected and the funds returned. Tremendous will automatically notify you if a payout is returned and send you a link to retry.

In most cases, you should be able to get your money back.
