Once a Dogecoin transaction is processed, it is permanent and cannot be reversed or refunded. Always double-check your recipient details before confirming a withdrawal.
If you enter an invalid Dogecoin address, the transaction will not be processed. Instead, it will be automatically canceled, and the funds will be returned to your account balance.
Direct Dogecoin Withdrawals
- Invalid Address: If you enter an incorrectly formatted or invalid address, the transaction will fail automatically, and the funds will be returned to your balance.
- Valid Address (Incorrect Owner): If you enter a valid address that you do not control, the funds cannot be recovered and are strictly non-refundable.
Withdrawals via Stake or Stake.us
The same rules apply when withdrawing Dogecoin to a Stake account:
- Invalid Username: If you enter a Stake username that does not exist, the transaction will fail, and the funds will be returned to your balance.
- Valid Username (Wrong Account): If you enter a valid Stake username belonging to another user, the transaction cannot be reversed, and the funds are non-refundable.
Note: To ensure your funds arrive safely, we recommend copying and pasting your wallet address rather than typing it manually.
