The Quests tab is where Freecash lists short, optional tasks that pay extra rewards on top of what you already earn from offers and surveys. Every quest tells you exactly what to do and what it pays, and you can have several active at the same time.
Quests replaced the section that used to be called Rewards. If you are looking for the old Rewards tab, this is it.
Where to Find the Quests Tab
- Desktop: Select Quests in the top navigation bar, next to Earn, Deals, My Offers and Cashout.
- Mobile app: Tap Quests in the bottom navigation bar.
Everything now sits on one page. The old dropdown that split this area into Quests, Bonuses and Invite Friends has been removed, so your quests and your referral rewards appear together.
What Kinds of Quests Can You Get?
Your quest list is personalised, so it will not look identical to anyone else's. Quests you may see include:
- Play a new game before a countdown runs out.
- Check us out on social media, which usually pays lottery tickets.
- Invite friends — the referral quest pays you when a friend you invited plays a game, and again when they cash out. The full rules are in How Does the Affiliate System Work?
- Turn on push notifications or add your phone number, so you do not miss limited-time rewards.
- Install the Freecash Android app.
- Play Time Quest (Android only) — rewards you for time spent in apps you already use. This one is still rolling out and may not appear on your account yet.
Rewards vary by quest. Some pay cash in your account currency, some pay lottery tickets, and some raise the rewards you get on offers. The badge on the left of each quest always shows what that specific quest pays.
How Quests Work
- Open the Quests tab. Quests with a countdown are listed first, starting with whichever expires soonest.
- Select a quest to open or expand it and read the full requirements.
- Complete the task described.
- Claim your reward from the quest itself once you have met the requirements.
Important: Timed quests disappear when their countdown reaches zero, so start those first if you want the reward.
Why Can't I See or Close the Quests Screen?
In most cases the reason is your daily streak. The Quests tab needs an active streak, so if yours has expired you will see a "Start your streak again" screen covering the tab instead of your quest list.
That screen is not a bug, and it is not meant to be swiped or tapped away. It clears by itself as soon as you restart your streak by playing an active game. What are Freecash Streak Rewards? explains how to get a streak going again.
If your streak is active and the tab still looks wrong, try these steps in order:
- Give the page a few seconds. Quests load after the page itself, so a briefly empty list is normal.
- Refresh the page, or fully close and reopen the app.
- Update to the latest version of the app from the Play Store or App Store.
If your quests still will not load after that, create a support ticket and attach a screenshot of what you see.
Other Ways to Earn Bonus Rewards
Quests are one of several bonus systems running alongside your normal earnings. You can also climb the Daily Bonus Ladder for logging in and earning each day, and watch for Burning Tasks, which pay boosted rewards on selected offers for a limited time.
