How to Claim Your Offer Rewards on Freecash

When a finished Freecash offer task shows a Claim button, your reward is ready and waiting for you. Tap Claim and the coins land in your balance.

Claiming is new, so it's only on some accounts for now. If your tasks still credit on their own, nothing has changed for you.

How to Claim a Reward

You don't need to do anything different while you play. Once a task is tracked as complete, its reward waits for you on the offer:

Open the offer from My Offers.
Find the finished task in the task list and tap Claim.
The coins fly into your balance, and the task is marked as completed.

We'll also send you a Claim reward notification when a task is ready, so you know which one you've finished.

Which Tasks Need Claiming

Not every task waits for you. Claiming applies to one-time task rewards, like reaching a level, hitting a milestone or playing for a set time. Daily rewards and tasks you can complete more than once still go into your balance on their own.

Some tasks also let you open a case. On those, you choose between claiming the fixed amount and opening the case for a chance at more. Here's how the Open Case reward works.

Find Rewards You Haven't Claimed Yet

Your cashout page shows how much you have unclaimed, right next to your pending balance. Tap it to jump to your most recent offer with a reward waiting.

The two mean different things. Unclaimed rewards are waiting for you to tap Claim. Pending rewards are being checked before they reach your balance.

Claim Early to Count Toward This Week

A finished task keeps its reward until you claim it. When you claim matters for one thing, though: any League Points and lottery tickets a task earns are added when you claim it, not when you finish it.

So if you claim before the week wraps up, that reward counts toward this week's League standings and weekly lottery draw.

If Your Reward Doesn't Show Up

No Claim button yet? The task hasn't tracked as complete, so follow our guide to resolving uncredited offers.
Seeing "Couldn't claim your reward"? Refresh the page or reopen the app, then tap Claim again.
Claimed, but your balance hasn't changed? It may be showing as Pending, since some rewards are held for a check before they reach your balance.
