So you’ve completed an offer on Freecash, but it hasn’t been credited to your account? First, make sure you know what kind of offer you have completed:
- Offers Provided by Freecash: These offers are hosted directly by Freecash. When you have an issue, you can open a support ticket on the offer page.
- Offers Provided by Our Partners: These offers are provided by our partners. When you have an issue, you need to contact the offer partners directly.
You can check who has provided the offer simply by viewing the offer description:
When you complete any kind of offer, it can take up to 72 hours for your Freecash account to be credited. This is because data needs to be shared between multiple partners involved in the process. For more information, you can learn about Offer Tracking here.
Please note: We cannot speed up the crediting process.
Resolving Uncredited Partner Offers
If you have not been credited after 72 hours since completing an offer provided by our partners, please contact the partner directly, and include:
- Your Freecash ID.
- Details of the completed offer.
- Date of completion.
- Screenshots as evidence.
To find the contact details for each of our offer partners, simply follow these steps:
- Find the offer from the partner section on the Earn page, or by going to your Freecash profile page, and selecting the uncredited offer from the “Earnings in Progress” section.
- You will be connected to the offer partner's site in a new window, like this:
- Navigate to the support section. This can vary, and may be found directly on the navigation bar, via the FAQ page, or on the Contact Us page.
- Open a support ticket or email the offer partner with the information mentioned above (Freecash ID, offer details, date of completion).
Our offer partners will respond to your support request.
It can take up to 35 days to receive a response from our offer partners.
Uncredited Freecash Offers
If you have not been credited 72 hours after completing a Freecash offer, please open a support ticket:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to My Profile
- Select Started Offers (on PC, choose list view)
- Find the uncredited offer
- Click the green Support Ticket icon next to the uncredited offer
- Tick the individual tasks that were uncredited
- Provide details & evidence:
- Date of completion.
- Screenshot evidence.
- Additional information.
- Click "Submit"
Why is the support ticket grayed out?
The option to open a support ticket with Freecash is only available after 3 days. If the option to create a support ticket is greyed out, then you need to wait until 72 hours have passed since you began the offer.
