Bank transfer, Stash and Revolut withdrawals can take up to 3 business days as they are manually processed.
Please note, our Support Team cannot accelerate the processing of your withdrawals or provide estimated completion times. If there is an issue, your withdrawal status will appear as "Rejected", in which case we encourage you to contact us.
How to check the status of Freecash withdrawals
Follow these steps to check the status of your Freecash withdrawals.
- Go to the Cashout page by selecting 'Cashout' in the main menu, or by selecting your current account funds.
- Select the 'My Withdrawals' tab at the top of the page.
- Your withdrawals are listed here, including the current status of each.
