Technical updates or maintenance may occasionally require all users to be logged out. If you log back in and see that your account level has reset to 0, your progress and rewards have not been lost.

In most cases, this is simply a synchronization issue that occurs when a different login method or email is used. You can typically resolve this within minutes by following these steps:

  1. Log out of your current Freecash session.
  2. Sign back in, ensuring you use the exact same email address or social login method (Google, Steam, etc.) that you used when you first created your account.

Once you log in with the correct credentials, your level and balance will be restored immediately.

Still having issues? If your level does not return after verifying your login details, please contact our Support Team for further assistance.
