If you are having problems with a Freecash offer and have chosen to open a support ticket, you will need to send us screenshot evidence.

However, instead of uploading any images directly, we ask users to upload their images to third-party sites instead. They will host the image, and you can share the link they provide with us.

Capturing the screenshot

Navigate to the screen you want to capture, and follow these steps on your device:

  • iOS
    1. Press and release the Side Button and the Volume Up button simultaneously.
    2. The screenshot will appear as a thumbnail in the bottom-left corner. Tap it to edit or swipe to save.
  • Android
    1. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
    2. Release them quickly. A preview of the screenshot will appear.
  • Desktop (Windows)
    1. Press the PrtSc key to copy the entire screen to the clipboard.
    2. Open an image editor like Paint and press Ctrl + V to paste, then save.
  • Desktop (Mac)
    1. Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4.
    2. Drag the crosshair to select the area to capture.
    3. Release the mouse/trackpad to take the screenshot.

Upload the screenshot to postimages.org or prnt.sc

Go to prnt.sc or postimages.org, and follow these steps:

On prnt.sc

  1. Press the 'Browse Images' button, and select your screenshot.
  2. Wait for the image to upload, then copy the link provided.

On postimages.org

  1. Leave the first dropdown box as 'Do not resize my image', and the second as 'No expiration'.
  2. Press the 'Choose images' button, select your screenshot.
  3. Wait for the image to upload, then copy the link provided.

Adding the screenshot to your support ticket

  1. When creating your ticket, paste the copied link into the designated field for screenshots.
  2. We ask that you give the screenshot a descriptive title, which makes it easier for us to review.

And there you have it, a simple explanation of how to add screenshots to tickets. We hope you found it helpful.
