When you open a support ticket for an offer issue, you'll need to provide screenshot evidence so our team can investigate.
If you haven't opened a ticket yet, start with our guide on how to create a support ticket.
How to Take a Screenshot
Navigate to the screen you want to capture, then follow the steps for your device.
iOS
- Press and release the Side Button and the Volume Up button at the same time.
- The screenshot appears as a thumbnail in the bottom-left corner. Tap it to edit, or swipe left to save it directly to your Photos.
Android
- Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time, then release quickly.
- A preview appears on screen. Your screenshot is saved to your gallery.
If those buttons don't work on your device, press and hold the Power button and tap Screenshot from the menu that appears.
Desktop (Windows)
- Press the PrtSc key to copy the entire screen to your clipboard.
- Open an image editor like Paint and press Ctrl + V to paste, then save the file.
Desktop (Mac)
- Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4.
- Drag the crosshair to select the area you want to capture.
- Release the mouse or trackpad to take the screenshot. It saves to your desktop by default.
Adding Your Screenshot to Your Support Ticket
- Open your support ticket on Freecash.
- Click the upload button in the evidence field.
- Select your screenshot from your device and wait for the upload to complete.
- Submit your ticket.
Your screenshot is stored securely on our end. Our support team can view it directly in your ticket.
Screen Recordings Are Preferred
Screenshots work well for most tickets, but a screen recording gives our team the clearest picture of your offer progress and is the most likely to result in your account being credited.
It's not required. If a screenshot is all you have, that's fine. But if you're able to record your screen, we strongly encourage it. Find out how to submit a screen recording for support.
