Lite Mode on Freecash: What You Need to Know

Our Editorial Process

Freecash used to run two versions of the site: a limited “Lite Mode” for newer accounts, and a full version you unlocked once you had earned enough. That split no longer exists. There is now one Earn page for everyone, and no level, coin balance, or amount earned unlocks a different version of the site.

If you have read older guides mentioning Lite Mode, Advanced Mode, or a Level 20 or $20 threshold, that information is out of date.

Why You Might Only See a Few Offers

Your Earn page fills up as you use it. New accounts start with a small, hand-picked selection so the page is not overwhelming, and more offers appear as you start and complete them.

This is not a restriction on your account, and there is nothing you need to earn or reach to remove it. Starting your first offer is the quickest way to see more.

Why You Might Not See Surveys or Offer Partners

Surveys and Offer Partner sections are only offered in select regions. If your account is registered in a region where we do not currently offer them, you will not see those sections at all.

There is no level, coin balance, or setting that unlocks them, and access can differ between two accounts in the same country depending on whether that account has used surveys before. For more detail, see why no surveys are available for me.

Levelling Up

You still level up by earning, and levels are permanent once reached. Levels track your progress, but reaching a particular level does not unlock a different version of the site. See how to level up on Freecash.
