If available, you will find surveys at the bottom of the Freecash Earn hub. Look for the 'Featured Surveys' section, or further down in the 'Partner Surveys' section.
If you cannot see survey offers, or only very few, there are a number of possible causes.
No offers for your region or demographic
The most common cause to seeing few or no surveys is that there are simply none available to your region or demographic.
We work with dozens of market companies, but if none of their clients are interested in hearing from individuals that are either the same age or gender as you, or in the same region, you will not be sent surveys.
There is nothing we can do to resolve this, but we ask that users refrain from accessing the site with VPNs, which are prohibited, or lying, which can get you disqualified from survey participation.
Technical issues
Although rare, we sometimes hear from users who encounter browser issues when trying to complete a survey. In these instances, we suggest:
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Deleting your browser's cookies
- Using Chrome or Firefox
These quick fixes resolve most platform issues. If issues persist, we appreciate feedback.
Banned by survey partners
It's obvious when you've been banned on Freecash; you won't be able to access the earn page. Our survey partners also have the power to ban you, but only from participating in surveys they provide, and it is less clear when this has occurred.
They can do this if they suspect you’ve been using a VPN, or giving them inconsistent answers. Unfortunately, we do not have the power to get you unbanned in these cases, but we recommend you reach out to the support team of the survey provider.
