To complete the ID verification process at Freecash, you need the physical, original version of your government-issued ID. This is because our verification partners are unable to accept photocopies or images displayed on a screen.

You can find an overview of everything you need to complete the ID verification process here

What happens if I use a photocopy or picture of my ID?

If you submit a photocopy of your ID, or a picture of it, your ID check will fail, and you will need to resubmit your application using a physical document. This will delay the verification process and your ability to withdraw funds.
